The eligibility criteria for the UP Police SI exam are very straightforward.

What Happens After the Written Exam?
The written exam is the first stage of the recruitment process. Candidates who clear this stage will be called for the next stages. The next step is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Male candidates: Must run 4.8 kilometres in 28 minutes
Female candidates: Must run 2.4 kilometres in 16 minutes
After the PET, there will be a physical measurement test and a document verification round. Only candidates who clear all stages will be finally selected.
Helpline and Facilities for Candidates
The government has made special arrangements to help candidates reach their exam centres.
Road transport: The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) is running extra buses on March 14 and 15. Buses will be available at regular intervals. In some cities, electric buses are running every 10 minutes.
Help desks: Help desks have been set up at major railway stations and bus stands. You can get information about your exam centre location and the best route to reach there. QR codes are placed at bus stands. Scanning them gives you the exact location of your exam centre.
Security: Police personnel are deployed at all exam centres. Women candidates have separate checking enclosures. Medical help is also available at the centres if needed.
