Every year, the West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training (WBSCVT) invites applications for its various trade courses. These courses are run in government and private ITI colleges spread across the districts.
The courses are purely skill-based. They prepare you for a job or self-employment in trades like welding, fashion design, electrical work, and many more. There is no heavy theory. The focus is on learning by doing. This year’s official notification confirms that the registration for fresh applicants began in March 2026 and the deadline is June 10.
