The party launched the scheme just before the 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections. The announcement was made by sports icons Leander Paes and Vijender Singh at a press meet in Kolkata on April 16, 2026. This promise is the BJP’s direct answer to the TMC government’s existing Yuva Sathi scheme, which currently pays ₹1,500 per month.
Yuva Shakti Form Fill-Up Date Announced ?
As of now, no official form fill-up date has been declared for the BJP Yuva Shakti scheme. The program is still a poll promise. It will become a real government scheme only if the BJP forms the government in West Bengal after the election results, which were scheduled to be counted on May 4, 2026.
